Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) Location: Montana Setting: Remote/Telehealth Position: Full-Time Salary: $115,000 to $120,000 a year Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM Job Summary: As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist in this remote role, you will help clients manage the real-life issues that affect relationships, household dynamics, and emotional well-being. Your work will include ongoing therapy, clinical assessments, documentation, and goal-based care planning. This position is well suited for someone who likes a steady schedule, clear expectations, and meaningful client interaction throughout the week. Responsibilities: Lead telehealth sessions with individuals, couples, and families Complete initial assessments and review presenting concerns Develop treatment plans that reflect client goals and clinical needs Guide clients through short-term or ongoing therapy support Maintain organized and accurate records for each case Evaluate progress and update treatment direction when appropriate Follow all licensing, privacy, and documentation requirements Active LMFT license in Montana Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or related field Experience providing therapy in a clinical or outpatient setting Ability to work independently and manage a full caseload Strong written documentation and communication skills 2 weeks PTO Health Insurance 401K Plan with 3% Company Match If you are ready for a remote role where your work stays focused and meaningful, we’d love to hear from you.
