Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) Job Summary A full-time opportunity is available for a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist to provide telehealth services to clients in South Dakota. This role is focused on helping clients work through relational, emotional, and family-based concerns in a structured virtual care setting. You will provide therapy, complete documentation, and guide clients through treatment plans that support healthier communication, coping skills, and day-to-day functioning. · Location: South Dakota · Work Setting: Remote / Telehealth · Position Type: Full-Time · Salary: $115,000–$120,000 per year with full benefits · Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM Responsibilities Conduct remote therapy sessions with individuals, couples, and families Evaluate client needs and create treatment plans based on clinical findings Provide support for marital concerns, family dynamics, parenting stress, trauma, anxiety, and adjustment issues Keep client records current, accurate, and compliant Use approved telehealth tools for all virtual appointments Review treatment progress and update care plans when needed Maintain professional boundaries and uphold licensing requirements Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy, Counseling, Psychology, or a related field Active LMFT license in South Dakota Previous clinical experience providing therapy to individuals, couples, and families Comfortable providing care through a remote telehealth platform Strong communication, assessment, and documentation skills Health Insurance 2 weeks PTO 401K Plan with 3% Company Match If you are an LMFT looking for a stable remote role with a clear weekday schedule, we’d be glad to review your application.
