Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) Job Summary We are hiring a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist to provide telehealth therapy for clients throughout Virginia. The role focuses on practical, client-centered care for individuals, couples, and families navigating relationship strain, parenting concerns, communication problems, emotional health concerns, and life adjustments. Position Details Location: Virginia Work Setting: Remote / Telehealth Position Type: Full-Time Salary: $115,000–$120,000 per year with full benefits Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM Responsibilities Provide remote counseling services through a secure telehealth platform Work with clients on relationship patterns, family concerns, conflict resolution, stress, anxiety, depression, and adjustment issues Create and update treatment plans based on each client’s goals Document sessions, assessments, and clinical progress in a timely manner Maintain client privacy and follow HIPAA-compliant practices Use clinical judgment to determine appropriate care plans and referrals Communicate professionally with clients and internal care teams Stay current with licensure, ethics, and continuing education requirements Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy, Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field Active Virginia LMFT license in good standing Previous clinical experience providing therapy to individuals, couples, or families Comfortable delivering care through telehealth platforms Strong documentation and communication skills Ability to manage a full-time clinical caseload Reliable internet connection and a private workspace for virtual sessions 2 weeks PTO Health Insurance 401K Plan with 3% Company Match If you are an LMFT licensed in Virginia and looking for meaningful remote clinical work, we would be glad to hear from you.
