Pay: $115,000–$120,000 per year Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM Setting: Fully remote Employment Type: Full-Time Benefits: Full benefits included Job Summary We are hiring a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist to support Kentucky clients through online therapy. The role involves meeting with clients who are navigating relationship strain, family stress, separation, parenting concerns, grief, anxiety, and major personal or household changes. This position is a good fit for a therapist who enjoys direct client care and wants a remote role with clear expectations. You will guide sessions, assess needs, document care, and help clients build healthier ways to communicate, cope, and manage conflict. What You Will Handle Lead scheduled telehealth sessions with clients across Kentucky Work with individuals, couples, and family systems based on clinical need Evaluate client concerns and determine appropriate treatment goals Support clients with emotional regulation, relationship repair, conflict resolution, and boundary-setting Maintain clear records of sessions, progress, treatment updates, and care decisions Use sound clinical judgment when risk concerns or higher levels of care arise Protect client privacy and follow all required telehealth standards Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy, Counseling, Psychology, or a related field Active Kentucky LMFT license in good standing Experience providing therapy to individuals, couples, or families Comfortable conducting sessions through secure video-based platforms Strong documentation, communication, and clinical assessment skills Knowledge of family systems, relationship dynamics, and behavioral health treatment Ability to maintain a reliable remote workspace $115,000–$120,000 per year Full benefits package 2 weeks PTO Health Insurance 401K Plan with 3% Company Match Remote work setting Monday–Friday schedule Administrative support for telehealth care Interested Kentucky LMFTs are welcome to submit their resume and explore whether this telehealth role is the right next move.
