Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) Location: Colorado Setting: Remote / Telehealth Position: Full-Time Salary: $115,000–$120,000 per year with full benefits Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM Job Summary A full-time Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist is needed to provide virtual care to clients across Colorado. This position focuses on helping clients work through concerns that affect their home life, partnerships, family roles, and emotional well-being. The role includes direct therapy, treatment planning, progress tracking, and documentation. You will have a predictable weekday schedule while delivering care through a secure telehealth platform. Responsibilities Provide scheduled telehealth therapy appointments Work with couples, families, and individual clients Identify client needs during assessments and ongoing sessions Guide clients through concerns such as conflict, separation stress, parenting issues, relationship changes, and emotional strain Update care plans as client needs shift Active LMFT license in Colorado Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy, Counseling, Psychology, or related field Experience working with couples, families, or individual clients Strong clinical assessment and documentation skills 2 weeks PTO Health Insurance 401K Plan with 3% Company Match If you are ready for a remote LMFT role where your clinical skills can support real families across Colorado, we would be glad to connect with you.
