Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) Job Summary We are seeking a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist to provide remote therapy services to clients across Virginia. In this role, you will meet with individuals, couples, and families through a secure telehealth platform, helping clients work through relationship concerns, communication challenges, life transitions, stress, and emotional health needs. Position Details Location: Virginia Work Setting: Remote / Telehealth Position Type: Full-Time Salary: $115,000–$120,000 per year with full benefits Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM Responsibilities Provide virtual therapy sessions for individuals, couples, and families Complete intake assessments and develop treatment plans based on client needs Help clients address relationship stress, family conflict, anxiety, depression, grief, and life changes Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation Use secure telehealth tools to deliver care in a professional and confidential setting Monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans when appropriate Follow all ethical, legal, and HIPAA standards for telehealth care Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy, Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field Active Virginia LMFT license in good standing Previous clinical experience providing therapy to individuals, couples, or families Comfortable delivering care through telehealth platforms Strong documentation and communication skills Ability to manage a full-time clinical caseload Reliable internet connection and a private workspace for virtual sessions 2 weeks PTO Health Insurance 401K Plan with 3% Company Match If you are an LMFT licensed in Virginia and looking for meaningful remote clinical work, we would be glad to hear from you.
