Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) Position: Full-Time Location: West Virginia Setting: Remote/Telehealth Salary: $115,000 to $120,000 a year Schedule: Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM Job Summary: We are looking for a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist to join a remote care team serving clients across West Virginia. This position focuses on helping individuals and families navigate relationship challenges, emotional concerns, and behavioral health needs through structured virtual care. The role includes conducting sessions, building treatment plans, and tracking progress consistently. Responsibilities: Deliver therapy services via secure telehealth platforms Support clients with family, marital, and personal challenges Conduct assessments and ongoing evaluations Develop practical and goal-oriented treatment plans Document sessions and treatment updates accurately Maintain compliance with state and privacy standards Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or related field Active LMFT license in West Virginia Experience providing therapy to individuals, couples, and families Strong clinical and documentation skills Ability to work independently in a remote environment Familiarity with telehealth platforms and EHR systems 2 weeks PTO Health Insurance 401K Plan with 3% Company Match Bring your experience into a role where your work supports real progress every day.
