Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) Location: Louisiana Salary: $115,000 - $120,000 per year Schedule: Monday to Friday Setting: Telehealth / Remote This Louisiana virtual therapy role gives licensed clinicians the opportunity to provide mental health care through secure online sessions. Clients are looking for care that feels easier to access and easier to continue, and your role will help make that possible. You will provide professional support, document care clearly, and help clients work toward their treatment goals in a remote setting. Key Responsibilities Provide remote therapy services to clients located in Louisiana Complete assessments, treatment plans, progress notes, and related documentation Support clients with emotional, behavioral, relational, and life transition concerns Use ethical and evidence-informed practices during sessions Maintain a confidential and professional online care environment Must hold an active Louisiana license in one of the following accepted credentials: Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW/LCSW-BACS) Experience in counseling, psychotherapy, or clinical social work Comfortable using telehealth technology Strong documentation and client communication skills Able to work independently while maintaining a high standard of care 2 weeks of paid time off Health insurance coverage 401(k) plan with a 3% company match If you are licensed in Louisiana and ready to provide remote therapy with a strong clinical focus, apply today.
