Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) Position: Full-Time | Location: North Carolina (Remote) | Salary: $115,000 - $120,000/year Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, you'll play a key role in helping individuals, couples, and families navigate life's challenges. With a focus on actionable solutions and positive outcomes, your work will leave a lasting impact on the lives of those you serve. Responsibilities: Provide telehealth therapy sessions for individuals, couples, and families. Conduct assessments and develop personalized treatment plans. Collaborate with clients to set and achieve therapy goals. Maintain accurate case notes and follow privacy regulations. Stay current on therapeutic techniques and best practices. Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or related field. Active LMFT license in North Carolina. 2+ years of experience in therapy (remote experience a plus).
