Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) Position: Full-Time Location: New Hampshire Setting: Remote/Telehealth Salary: $115,000 to $120,000 a year Schedule: Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM Job Summary: We are hiring a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) to provide virtual therapy services to individuals, couples, and families. In this role, you will help clients work through relationship issues, emotional stress, family conflict, and life transitions through structured, evidence-based care. Your day-to-day work will focus on assessment, treatment planning, therapy sessions, clinical documentation, and ongoing support that helps clients make meaningful progress. Responsibilities: Provide telehealth therapy sessions to individuals, couples, and families Assess client needs and develop individualized treatment plans Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation Monitor client progress and adjust treatment goals as needed Use evidence-based therapeutic interventions appropriate to each case Coordinate care with other providers when necessary Maintain compliance with legal, ethical, and professional standards Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or related field Active LMFT license in New Hampshire Experience providing therapy to individuals, couples, and families Strong clinical assessment and treatment planning skills Comfortable using telehealth platforms and electronic documentation systems 2 weeks PTO Health Insurance 401K Plan with 3% Company Match Bring your clinical skills into a role where your work can make a real difference every day.
