Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) Location and Role Details Location: Bozeman, Montana Work Setting: Remote / Telehealth Position Type: Full-Time Salary: $115,000-$120,000 per year with full benefits Schedule: Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM-5:00 PM Job Summary In this remote position, you will support clients who are looking for consistent mental health care from a licensed professional. As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, you will handle therapy sessions, treatment goals, progress notes, and client support related to relationships, family stress, communication concerns, and client-centered therapy. The role is structured, full-time, and centered on meaningful clinical care. This position is especially suited for a clinician who can support both individual concerns and the relationship or family patterns that often shape a client’s daily life. Responsibilities · Provide client-centered teletherapy for adults seeking mental health support · Provide support for relationship patterns, family stress, communication concerns, and individual wellbeing · Develop treatment goals that are practical, measurable, and clinically appropriate · Document assessments, interventions, client response, and progress · Support clients through stress, mood concerns, life transitions, or relationship challenges · Maintain a reliable schedule and professional remote session environment · Active Montana LMFT license in good standing · Master's degree in a relevant behavioral health field appropriate for Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist licensure · Full clinical licensure required; temporary, associate, intern, or probationary licenses are not intended for this role · Experience supporting adults through anxiety, depression, stress, relationship concerns, or major life changes. · Experience supporting individuals, couples, families, or clients with relational concerns is helpful. · 2 weeks PTO · Health Insurance · 401K Plan with 3% Company Match · Full-time remote schedule with consistent weekday hours If this sounds like the kind of remote role where you could do strong clinical work, we would be glad to review your background.
