Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) Role Snapshot Location: Miami, FL Setting: Remote / Telehealth Employment: Full-Time Pay Range: $115,000–$120,000 annually Benefits: Full benefits included Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM Job Summary As a remote LMFT, you will work with clients who are seeking support for relationship concerns, family issues, emotional stress, grief, adjustment periods, and communication difficulties. Your day-to-day work will include virtual therapy sessions, treatment planning, client documentation, and ongoing care coordination when needed. What You’ll Do Meet with clients through secure video sessions Provide therapy for individuals, couples, and families Assess clinical concerns and create clear treatment goals Help clients work through family conflict, communication struggles, boundaries, stress, and relationship patterns Complete documentation in accordance with clinical standards Adjust treatment plans as client needs change Maintain confidentiality and professional boundaries in a remote setting Use sound clinical judgment during every stage of care Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy, Counseling, Psychology, or a related field Active Florida LMFT license in good standing Experience providing therapy to individuals, couples, and/or families Comfortable using telehealth platforms and electronic health records Strong documentation and communication skills Ability to manage a full-time remote caseload Private workspace and reliable internet connection $115,000–$120,000 per year 2 weeks PTO Health Insurance 401K Plan with 3% Company Match Full-time remote role Administrative support Steady client referrals If this sounds like the right next move for your clinical career, submit your resume for consideration today.
