Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) Location: Arizona Setting: Remote / Telehealth Position: Full-Time Salary: $115,000–$120,000 per year with full benefits Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM Job Summary We’re hiring an Arizona Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist for a remote role focused on practical, client-centered care. You’ll provide virtual therapy to people navigating anxiety, grief, family stress, relationship issues, and major life changes, helping them build skills they can use in everyday life. Responsibilities Provide telehealth therapy sessions Assess client needs and create care plans Support clients with conflict, stress, grief, and life transitions Use appropriate therapy methods based on client goals Complete required documentation on time Follow privacy and state licensing guidelines Active Arizona LMFT license Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or related field Experience providing therapy in a clinical setting Strong communication and documentation skills Comfortable working through telehealth platforms 2 weeks PTO Health Insurance 401K Plan with 3% Company Match Full benefits package Remote work schedule Bring your clinical skills into a remote role where your work supports real progress for Arizona clients.
