Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) Job Summary This full-time remote position is for a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist who wants to provide therapy to clients across Vermont. You will support clients dealing with relationship strain, family changes, communication issues, anxiety, stress, and other concerns affecting daily life. Location: Vermont Setting: Remote / Telehealth Position: Full-Time Salary: $115,000–$120,000 per year with full benefits Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM Responsibilities Deliver telehealth therapy services to Vermont clients Provide care for individuals, couples, and families Complete intake evaluations and treatment plans Support clients with family conflict, life transitions, and emotional concerns Maintain accurate records in the EHR system Follow confidentiality, ethical, and telehealth policies Refer clients to additional support when needed Active Vermont LMFT license in good standing Master’s degree or higher in Marriage and Family Therapy or related field Experience providing therapy to individuals, couples, and/or families Comfortable using telehealth platforms and EHR systems Strong clinical judgment and communication skills 2 weeks PTO Health Insurance 401K Plan with 3% Company Match Full benefits package Take the next step in your LMFT career with a full-time remote role serving clients across Vermont.
