Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) Location: Kentucky Setting: Remote/Telehealth Position: Full-Time Salary: $115,000 to $120,000 a year Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM Job Summary: We are hiring a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) to provide virtual therapy services to individuals, couples, and families. This role focuses on assessing client needs, creating treatment plans, and delivering ongoing therapy through telehealth. The LMFT will help clients work through relationship issues, family dynamics, emotional concerns, and life transitions in a structured clinical setting. Responsibilities: Provide telehealth therapy sessions for individuals, couples, and families Complete psychosocial assessments and develop treatment plans Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation Monitor client progress and adjust treatment approaches as needed Support clients with relationship challenges, family conflict, anxiety, stress, and related concerns Coordinate care and make referrals when appropriate Follow ethical, legal, and professional standards for virtual care Active Kentucky LMFT license in good standing Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related field Experience providing therapy to individuals, couples, and families Strong clinical assessment and treatment planning skills Comfortable using telehealth platforms and electronic documentation systems Excellent communication and time management skills 2 weeks PTO Health Insurance 401K Plan with 3% Company Match Bring your clinical experience to a role built for meaningful virtual care.
