Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) Location: Illinois Setting: Remote/Telehealth Position: Full-Time Salary: $115,000–$120,000 per year with full benefits Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM Job Summary We are seeking a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist to provide remote therapy services to individuals, couples, and families across Illinois. In this role, you will help clients work through relationship concerns, family conflict, life transitions, communication challenges, and emotional stressors. Your work will focus on helping clients understand patterns, build healthier coping skills, and make practical progress in their day-to-day lives. Responsibilities Provide telehealth therapy sessions for individuals, couples, and families Complete clinical assessments and develop treatment plans based on client needs Support clients through relationship issues, family dynamics, stress, anxiety, grief, and life changes Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation Monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans as needed Follow ethical, legal, and professional standards for telehealth care Current Illinois LMFT license in good standing Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related behavioral health field Previous clinical experience with couples, families, or individual therapy Knowledge of family systems, relational therapy, and mental health treatment planning Ability to work independently in a remote environment Strong professional judgment and clear written communication 2 weeks PTO Health Insurance 401K Plan with 3% Company Match Bring your clinical skills into a remote role built for consistency, focus, and meaningful client care.
