Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) Job Summary We are hiring a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist to provide remote therapy services to clients in Vermont. This full-time telehealth role involves supporting individuals, couples, and families through relationship concerns, family conflict, life transitions, stress, anxiety, and emotional health needs. Location: Vermont Setting: Remote / Telehealth Position: Full-Time Salary: $115,000–$120,000 per year with full benefits Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM Responsibilities Provide virtual therapy for individuals, couples, and families Complete intakes, assessments, and treatment plans Support clients with relationship, family, and emotional concerns Maintain timely clinical documentation Monitor client progress and adjust care plans as needed Active Vermont LMFT license in good standing Master’s degree or higher in Marriage and Family Therapy or related field Experience providing therapy to individuals, couples, and/or families Comfortable using telehealth platforms and EHR systems Strong clinical judgment and communication skills 2 weeks PTO Health Insurance 401K Plan with 3% Company Match Full benefits package Take the next step in your LMFT career with a full-time remote role serving clients across Vermont.
