Maryland Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist | Remote Full-Time Role Job Summary We are hiring a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist for a full-time remote position serving clients in Maryland. This role allows you to provide therapy through a secure telehealth platform while supporting clients with relationship challenges, family conflict, stress, anxiety, depression, grief, parenting concerns, and life transitions. The day-to-day work includes meeting with clients virtually, completing assessments, building treatment plans, documenting progress, and helping clients move toward healthier communication and stronger emotional stability. This position is a good fit for an LMFT who enjoys focused clinical work and wants the structure of a full-time role with a strong benefits package. Responsibilities Meet with Maryland clients through scheduled telehealth therapy sessions Provide therapy for individuals, couples, and families Complete clinical evaluations and identify appropriate treatment goals Support clients with relational stress, emotional challenges, communication issues, and family concerns Maintain detailed and timely progress notes Use sound clinical judgment when addressing risk, referrals, or additional care needs Follow Maryland licensing standards, HIPAA requirements, and telehealth guidelines Keep client information secure and confidential Manage documentation, scheduling expectations, and caseload responsibilities professionally Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy, Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field Active LMFT license in Maryland in good standing Experience providing therapy to individuals, couples, or families Comfortable delivering care through a secure telehealth platform Strong clinical documentation and communication skills Familiarity with electronic health records preferred Reliable internet connection and a private workspace for virtual sessions $115,000–$120,000 per year Full-time remote position Monday–Friday schedule, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM 2 weeks PTO Health insurance 401K plan with 3% company match Full benefits package If you are a Maryland LMFT seeking a remote position with steady hours, strong pay, and meaningful client work, we would be happy to review your application.
