Full-Time Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) Job Summary This position offers a remote path for a licensed therapist who enjoys working with clients through relationship-focused care. As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, you will provide virtual therapy to people seeking support with marriage concerns, family conflict, parenting stress, separation, anxiety, communication struggles, and other personal or relational issues. You will spend your clinical time meeting with clients, listening closely, identifying patterns, and helping clients build healthier ways of relating to themselves and others. The work requires strong clinical skills, comfort with telehealth, and the ability to provide care that feels personal even through a screen. Position Overview Location: Maryland Work Setting: 100% Remote / Telehealth Role Type: Full-Time Pay: $115,000–$120,000 per year with full benefits Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM Responsibilities Meet with clients virtually for individual, marriage, couples, and family therapy Assess client concerns and recommend appropriate therapeutic goals Support clients through relationship strain, family transitions, emotional distress, and conflict resolution Help clients develop practical tools for communication, self-awareness, and healthier relationship patterns Complete session notes, care plans, and required updates in the EHR system Maintain privacy and professionalism in all remote client interactions Follow Maryland telehealth, licensure, and confidentiality requirements Recognize clinical risk factors and take appropriate next steps when needed Master’s degree or higher in Marriage and Family Therapy, Counseling, Psychology, or a related behavioral health field Active Maryland LMFT, LCMFT, or equivalent independent clinical licensure Previous experience providing therapy to individuals, couples, or families Comfortable using telehealth platforms and electronic health records Strong written documentation and communication skills Ability to manage a full-time caseload in a remote setting Must be authorized to work in the United States $115,000–$120,000 per year Full benefits package 2 weeks PTO Health Insurance 401K Plan with 3% Company Match Remote work setting Monday–Friday schedule Bring your clinical experience to a remote therapy role where your work helps clients build stronger relationships and steadier support systems.
