Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) Location: Michigan Setting: Remote/Telehealth Position: Full-Time Salary: $115,000 to $120,000 a year Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM Job Summary: We are hiring a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) for a remote full-time position focused on telehealth counseling. The therapist in this role will work with clients across a range of concerns, including family issues, relationship difficulties, stress, and emotional health. The day-to-day work is centered on delivering therapy, building treatment plans, documenting care, and helping clients make steady improvements over time. Responsibilities: Lead virtual therapy sessions with individuals, couples, and families Perform clinical assessments and gather relevant background information Create treatment plans with clear goals and follow-up strategies Help clients work through conflict, communication issues, and emotional challenges Maintain accurate and organized documentation Active LMFT license in Michigan Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or related field Experience providing therapy to individuals, couples, and families Strong understanding of clinical documentation and treatment planning 2 weeks PTO Health Insurance 401K Plan with 3% Company Match Bring your clinical skills into a role where your work can truly make a difference from day one.
Responsibilities
