Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) Position: Full-Time Location: West Virginia Setting: Remote/Telehealth Salary: $115,000 to $120,000 a year Schedule: Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM Job Summary: We are seeking a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist for a full-time remote role supporting clients throughout West Virginia. This position centers on helping clients improve communication, manage conflict, and address emotional and behavioral concerns. Daily responsibilities include therapy sessions, treatment planning, documentation, and tracking client progress. Responsibilities: Conduct virtual therapy sessions with individuals, couples, and families Perform intake assessments and identify clinical needs Establish treatment goals and provide ongoing care Maintain organized and accurate client records Manage a consistent caseload and schedule Use evidence-based therapeutic approaches Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or related field Active LMFT license in West Virginia Experience providing therapy to individuals, couples, and families Strong clinical and documentation skills Ability to work independently in a remote environment Familiarity with telehealth platforms and EHR systems 2 weeks PTO Health Insurance 401K Plan with 3% Company Match Bring your experience into a role where your work supports real progress every day.
