Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) Position: Full-Time Location: West Virginia Setting: Remote/Telehealth Salary: $115,000 to $120,000 a year Schedule: Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM Job Summary: We are hiring a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist to provide virtual therapy services to individuals, couples, and families across West Virginia. In this role, you will support clients working through relationship concerns, family conflict, emotional stress, and life changes. Your day will include assessments, treatment planning, therapy sessions, and maintaining clear documentation in a remote setting. Responsibilities: Provide telehealth therapy sessions to individuals, couples, and families Complete intake assessments and gather clinical history Develop and update treatment plans based on client needs Maintain accurate and timely documentation Monitor client progress and adjust treatment approaches Coordinate with other providers when needed Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or related field Active LMFT license in West Virginia Experience providing therapy to individuals, couples, and families Strong clinical and documentation skills Ability to work independently in a remote environment Familiarity with telehealth platforms and EHR systems 2 weeks PTO Health Insurance 401K Plan with 3% Company Match Bring your experience into a role where your work supports real progress every day.
