Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) Location: Illinois Setting: Remote/Telehealth Position: Full-Time Salary: $115,000–$120,000 per year with full benefits Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM Job Summary We are hiring a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist to provide telehealth counseling services for clients in Illinois. This role involves helping people work through relationship challenges, family stress, emotional concerns, and personal growth goals. You will guide clients through practical conversations, evidence-based care, and treatment plans that support healthier choices and stronger connections. Responsibilities Provide remote therapy services for individuals, couples, and families Assess client needs and identify appropriate treatment goals Support clients with communication issues, conflict resolution, stress management, and emotional concerns Use evidence-based therapy methods that fit each client’s situation Track progress and update treatment plans as needed Document sessions according to clinical and regulatory standards Current Illinois LMFT license in good standing Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related behavioral health field Previous clinical experience with couples, families, or individual therapy Knowledge of family systems, relational therapy, and mental health treatment planning Ability to work independently in a remote environment Strong professional judgment and clear written communication 2 weeks PTO Health Insurance 401K Plan with 3% Company Match Bring your clinical skills into a remote role built for consistency, focus, and meaningful client care.
