Kentucky Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist | Remote Counseling Position Location: Kentucky Work Setting: Remote / Telehealth Position Type: Full-Time Salary Range: $115,000–$120,000 per year with full benefits Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM Job Summary This remote LMFT position is focused on practical, relationship-based therapy for clients in Kentucky. Many clients will come to care feeling stuck in patterns at home, struggling to communicate, adjusting to family changes, or trying to work through stress that is affecting their relationships. Your role will be to provide steady clinical support through secure telehealth sessions. You will listen, assess, guide treatment, and help clients take realistic steps toward healthier relationships and stronger emotional stability. The position is best suited for a licensed therapist who can bring structure, professionalism, and strong clinical judgment to virtual care. Responsibilities Conduct virtual therapy sessions with Kentucky-based clients Provide marriage, family, couples, and individual therapy as appropriate Assess client needs during intake and throughout treatment Help clients work through family tension, relationship conflict, parenting concerns, adjustment issues, and emotional stress Create treatment goals that are clear, realistic, and clinically appropriate Apply family systems knowledge to support client progress Maintain accurate notes, treatment plans, and progress updates Manage clinical boundaries in a remote care setting Follow Kentucky licensing standards and federal privacy requirements Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy, Counseling, Psychology, or a related field Active Kentucky LMFT license in good standing Experience providing therapy to individuals, couples, or families Comfortable conducting sessions through secure video-based platforms Strong documentation, communication, and clinical assessment skills Knowledge of family systems, relationship dynamics, and behavioral health treatment Ability to maintain a reliable remote workspace $115,000–$120,000 per year Full benefits package 2 weeks PTO Health Insurance 401K Plan with 3% Company Match Remote work setting Monday–Friday schedule Administrative support for telehealth care If you want a remote LMFT position where the work stays focused on meaningful clinical care, submit your resume for consideration.
