Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) Location: Washington Setting: Remote/Telehealth Position: Full-Time Salary: $115,000 to $120,000 a year Schedule: Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM Job Summary We are seeking a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist to provide online therapy services in a full-time telehealth setting. In this role, you will help clients manage relationship concerns, family dynamics, emotional stress, and mental health conditions through consistent therapeutic support. The position requires sound clinical judgment, effective treatment planning, and strong documentation practices to support quality care across a remote platform. Responsibilities Deliver therapy services through secure telehealth systems Assess client concerns and identify appropriate treatment approaches Work with individuals, couples, and families on a range of behavioral health issues Establish treatment goals and track progress throughout care Keep thorough, organized, and timely clinical documentation Recognize when higher levels of care or outside referrals are needed Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related behavioral health field Active LMFT license Experience providing therapy in a remote or outpatient setting is a plus Strong assessment, communication, and documentation skills 2 weeks PTO Health Insurance 401K Plan with 3% Company Match Bring your clinical skills to a role where your work can make a real difference from day one.
