Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) Location: New Hampshire Setting: Remote/Telehealth Position: Full-Time Salary: $115,000 to $120,000 a year Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM Job Summary We are seeking a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist to deliver high-quality therapy services in a remote care environment. You will support clients dealing with relationship strain, family challenges, personal stress, and emotional concerns by providing assessment, treatment planning, ongoing therapy, and clinical follow-up. This is a full-time role for a therapist who values clear structure, strong clinical care, and consistent client engagement. Responsibilities Deliver scheduled telehealth therapy sessions throughout the workweek Support clients with relationship, family, and emotional health concerns Perform intake assessments and establish treatment priorities Create goal-focused treatment plans and review progress regularly Keep accurate and organized documentation in line with compliance standards Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy, Counseling, Social Work, or related mental health field Current LMFT license in New Hampshire At least 1 year of clinical therapy experience preferred Experience working with couples, families, or relationship-centered cases Solid understanding of evidence-based therapy approaches 2 weeks PTO Health Insurance 401K Plan with 3% Company Match Take the next step in your therapy career with a role built for meaningful client work and steady professional growth.
