Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist Position: Full-Time Salary: $115,000 – $120,000 per year Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM Location: Kentucky This position is for a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist providing therapy through a secure virtual platform. Your work focuses on relationship dynamics, communication patterns, and individual mental health needs within family systems. Sessions are scheduled, documentation is streamlined, and the role stays centered on client care. Responsibilities Provide virtual therapy to individuals, couples, and families Conduct intake sessions and clinical evaluations Create and update treatment plans based on client goals Maintain accurate and timely progress notes Adjust therapeutic approaches as needs change Follow Kentucky LMFT rules and ethical guidelines Active Kentucky LMFT license Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy Minimum 2 years of clinical therapy experience Experience working with relational or family-based concerns Comfortable delivering care in a remote environment 2 weeks Paid Time Off Health Insurance 401(k) with 3% Company Match Next Step If virtual care fits how you want to practice long term, this role offers a steady and focused path forward.
