Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) Location: New Hampshire Setting: Remote/Telehealth Position: Full-Time Salary: $115,000 to $120,000 a year Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM Job Summary We are hiring a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist to provide virtual therapy services for individuals, couples, and families. In this role, you will help clients work through relationship concerns, communication challenges, life transitions, and emotional stressors. Your day-to-day work will focus on assessment, treatment planning, therapy sessions, clinical documentation, and ongoing support that helps clients make practical progress. Responsibilities Provide telehealth therapy sessions for individuals, couples, and families Assess client needs and develop treatment plans based on clinical goals Support clients with relationship concerns, family conflict, stress, and behavioral health challenges Maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation Monitor client progress and adjust treatment approaches when needed Follow ethical, legal, and professional standards for virtual care Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy, Counseling, Social Work, or related mental health field Current LMFT license in New Hampshire At least 1 year of clinical therapy experience preferred Experience working with couples, families, or relationship-centered cases Solid understanding of evidence-based therapy approaches 2 weeks PTO Health Insurance 401K Plan with 3% Company Match Take the next step in your therapy career with a role built for meaningful client work and steady professional growth.
