Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) Job Summary This full-time remote LMFT role gives you the opportunity to provide therapy to clients in South Dakota through a secure telehealth platform. The work includes supporting individuals, couples, and families as they navigate conflict, emotional strain, communication concerns, and changing life circumstances. This is a practical, client-facing role with a consistent weekday schedule, strong annual pay, and full benefits. Location: South Dakota Work Setting: Remote / Telehealth Position Type: Full-Time Salary: $115,000–$120,000 per year with full benefits Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM Responsibilities Deliver virtual therapy sessions for clients using a secure online platform Provide clinical support for couples, families, and individuals Assess client concerns and recommend appropriate treatment approaches Create, update, and manage treatment plans Maintain clear, professional, and compliant client documentation Track client progress over time and make clinical adjustments as needed Follow all LMFT licensing standards and telehealth regulations Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy, Counseling, Psychology, or a related field Active LMFT license in South Dakota Previous clinical experience providing therapy to individuals, couples, and families Comfortable providing care through a remote telehealth platform Strong communication, assessment, and documentation skills Health Insurance 2 weeks PTO 401K Plan with 3% Company Match If you are an LMFT looking for a stable remote role with a clear weekday schedule, we’d be glad to review your application.
