Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) Location: Arizona Setting: Remote / Telehealth Position: Full-Time Salary: $115,000–$120,000 per year with full benefits Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM Job Summary This full-time telehealth role gives you the opportunity to provide meaningful therapy services while keeping a steady weekday schedule. You’ll work with Arizona clients who are looking for support with communication, stress, relationship concerns, and healthier ways to move forward. Responsibilities Conduct remote therapy sessions Complete intakes, assessments, and treatment plans Help clients build healthier communication and coping skills Provide support for individuals, couples, and families Keep clinical notes accurate and current Maintain professional and ethical care standards Active Arizona LMFT license Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or related field Experience providing therapy in a clinical setting Strong communication and documentation skills Comfortable working through telehealth platforms 2 weeks PTO Health Insurance 401K Plan with 3% Company Match Full benefits package Remote work schedule Bring your clinical skills into a remote role where your work supports real progress for Arizona clients.
