Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) Location: Montana Setting: Remote/Telehealth Position: Full-Time Salary: $115,000–$120,000 a year Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM Job Summary: We are hiring a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) for a full-time remote role serving clients through telehealth. In this position, you will help individuals, couples, and families work through relationship issues, emotional challenges, communication barriers, and life transitions. Your day-to-day work will focus on providing therapy, creating treatment plans, maintaining accurate documentation, and helping clients make practical progress in their personal and family lives. Responsibilities: Provide virtual therapy sessions for individuals, couples, and families Assess client needs and develop appropriate treatment plans Help clients address relationship concerns, conflict, stress, anxiety, and family dynamics Maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation Monitor client progress and adjust treatment strategies as needed Follow ethical, legal, and professional standards of practice Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related field Active Montana LMFT license in good standing At least 1 year of post-licensure clinical experience preferred Experience providing therapy to individuals, couples, and families Strong assessment, communication, and documentation skills Comfortable working in a remote/telehealth setting 2 weeks PTO Health Insurance 401K Plan with 3% Company Match Bring your clinical skills to a role where your work can truly make a difference from day one.
