Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist Location: Delaware Setting: Remote/Telehealth Position: Full-Time Salary: $115,000–$120,000 a year Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM Job Summary: As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist in this remote position, you will deliver therapy that helps clients improve communication, manage conflict, strengthen relationships, and work through emotional and behavioral concerns. This role is centered on practical clinical care. You will meet with clients virtually, identify treatment goals, provide counseling sessions, document progress, and help clients build healthier patterns at home and in their relationships. Responsibilities: Conduct virtual intake assessments and ongoing therapy sessions Work with couples, families, and individual clients through telehealth Help clients address communication issues, conflict, stress, and behavioral concerns Keep session notes and records complete and up to date Review client progress regularly and revise treatment plans when appropriate Maintain confidentiality and meet all professional practice standards Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related field Active Delaware LMFT license in good standing Experience providing therapy to individuals, couples, and families Strong understanding of family systems and relationship-based treatment approaches Comfortable using telehealth platforms and electronic health records 2 weeks PTO Health Insurance 401K Plan with 3% Company Match Bring your clinical skills to a role built for focused, meaningful telehealth work.
