Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) Location: Illinois Setting: Remote/Telehealth Position: Full-Time Salary: $115,000–$120,000 per year with full benefits Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM Job Summary This full-time remote position is for an Illinois Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist who wants to provide thoughtful, structured care from a telehealth setting. You will work with clients facing relationship strain, family communication problems, parenting stress, emotional concerns, and major life adjustments. The role is practical, client-centered, and focused on helping people better understand themselves and their relationships. Responsibilities Conduct virtual therapy sessions with clients throughout Illinois Work with individuals, couples, and families using appropriate clinical methods Create treatment plans with clear goals and measurable progress markers Help clients address conflict, communication concerns, emotional distress, and family stress Keep clinical records organized, accurate, and up to date Current Illinois LMFT license in good standing Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related behavioral health field Previous clinical experience with couples, families, or individual therapy Knowledge of family systems, relational therapy, and mental health treatment planning Ability to work independently in a remote environment Strong professional judgment and clear written communication 2 weeks PTO Health Insurance 401K Plan with 3% Company Match Bring your clinical skills into a remote role built for consistency, focus, and meaningful client care.
