Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) Location: Montana Setting: Remote/Telehealth Position: Full-Time Salary: $115,000–$120,000 a year Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM Job Summary: We are seeking a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) for a full-time telehealth role. In this position, you will work directly with clients facing relationship strain, parenting challenges, emotional distress, and family conflict. The role involves providing therapy, setting clinical goals, documenting care, and helping clients build healthier interactions and stronger support systems over time. Responsibilities: Provide therapy services through secure telehealth platforms Work with individuals, couples, and families on a range of clinical concerns Perform assessments and establish treatment goals Help clients improve communication, coping skills, and relationship functioning Maintain detailed and timely progress notes Adjust treatment plans based on client response and clinical judgment Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related field Active Montana LMFT license in good standing At least 1 year of post-licensure clinical experience preferred Experience providing therapy to individuals, couples, and families Strong assessment, communication, and documentation skills Comfortable working in a remote/telehealth setting 2 weeks PTO Health Insurance 401K Plan with 3% Company Match Explore a therapy role where your experience can help clients create healthier relationships every day.
