Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) Location: Maryland Setting: Remote/Telehealth Position: Full-Time Salary: $115,000 to $120,000 a year Schedule: Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM Job Summary: We’re seeking a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist to join a remote behavioral health team serving clients throughout Maryland. This role centers on helping people improve family dynamics, strengthen relationships, manage emotional challenges, and work through personal or interpersonal concerns in a virtual setting. You will spend your day providing therapy, documenting sessions, and guiding clients through practical, clinically sound treatment strategies. Responsibilities: Conduct virtual therapy sessions for individuals, couples, and families Assess presenting concerns and create appropriate treatment goals Provide ongoing therapeutic support based on evidence-based practices Keep accurate progress notes and treatment documentation Identify changes in client needs and respond with appropriate clinical interventions Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy, Counseling, or closely related discipline Current Maryland LMFT license in good standing Previous clinical experience in outpatient, telehealth, or private practice settings Ability to manage a full caseload and stay organized throughout the workday Working knowledge of HIPAA-compliant telehealth systems Strong interpersonal and clinical decision-making skills 2 weeks PTO Health Insurance 401K Plan with 3% Company Match Take the next step into a remote therapy role where your experience can truly move people forward.
