Full-Time Telehealth LMFT | Remote Therapy Role in Maryland Job Summary A growing behavioral health team is hiring a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist to provide virtual therapy services to clients across Maryland. This role focuses on helping clients improve communication, manage stress, strengthen relationships, and work through personal or family-related challenges. As a remote LMFT, you will meet with clients through a secure telehealth platform and provide thoughtful, structured therapy that supports real progress. You will work with individuals, couples, and families while maintaining high standards for documentation, privacy, and clinical care. Responsibilities Conduct scheduled telehealth therapy sessions with Maryland-based clients Provide counseling for couples, families, and individual clients Assess client needs and create clear, measurable treatment goals Support clients dealing with relationship strain, parenting concerns, family transitions, anxiety, depression, and grief Maintain complete and timely clinical records Use family systems knowledge and other evidence-informed therapy methods Follow ethical, legal, and professional guidelines for remote therapy Coordinate referrals or additional support when client needs require it Protect client privacy in every virtual session and communication Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy, Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field Active LMFT license in Maryland in good standing Experience providing therapy to individuals, couples, or families Comfortable delivering care through a secure telehealth platform Strong clinical documentation and communication skills Familiarity with electronic health records preferred Reliable internet connection and a private workspace for virtual sessions $115,000–$120,000 per year Full-time remote position Monday–Friday schedule, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM 2 weeks PTO Health insurance 401K plan with 3% company match Full benefits package If you are ready for a remote LMFT opportunity that offers structure, professional support, and rewarding client work, we encourage you to take the next step.
