Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) | Full-Time Remote Therapy Role Job Summary This remote Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist position centers on providing steady, thoughtful therapy to clients who need support with relationships, family dynamics, emotional stress, and major life changes. Sessions are held virtually, giving you the ability to connect with clients in a focused, private telehealth setting. As an LMFT, your day will include meeting with clients, guiding therapeutic conversations, documenting care, and helping people better understand the patterns affecting their relationships and personal well-being. The role is clinical, client-facing, and built for a therapist who values clear communication and consistent care. Location: Maryland Setting: Remote / Telehealth Employment Type: Full-Time Annual Pay: $115,000–$120,000 with full benefits Hours: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM Responsibilities Conduct remote therapy sessions for individuals, couples, and families Help clients explore relationship concerns, emotional strain, parenting challenges, and family transitions Complete intake sessions and gather relevant clinical history Create clear treatment goals based on client needs and clinical presentation Monitor client progress and update treatment plans as needed Document each session accurately and within required timelines Follow all telehealth, privacy, and clinical practice guidelines Master’s degree or higher in Marriage and Family Therapy, Counseling, Psychology, or a related behavioral health field Active Maryland LMFT, LCMFT, or equivalent independent clinical licensure Previous experience providing therapy to individuals, couples, or families Comfortable using telehealth platforms and electronic health records Strong written documentation and communication skills Ability to manage a full-time caseload in a remote setting Must be authorized to work in the United States $115,000–$120,000 per year Full benefits package 2 weeks PTO Health Insurance 401K Plan with 3% Company Match Remote work setting Monday–Friday schedule Take the next step in your telehealth therapy career and bring your LMFT experience to a full-time role serving Maryland clients.
