Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) Location: Michigan Setting: Remote/Telehealth Position: Full-Time Salary: $115,000 to $120,000 a year Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM Job Summary: We are seeking a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) to join a remote care team serving clients through telehealth. This role centers on providing practical, consistent therapy support to people dealing with relationship issues, family concerns, emotional stress, and personal challenges. You will use your clinical training to guide clients through real-life situations and help them make progress in ways that are clear, steady, and measurable. Responsibilities: Conduct virtual therapy sessions with individuals, couples, and families Assess client concerns and create individualized treatment plans Support clients with communication issues, conflict resolution, and emotional regulation Keep clinical notes and records current and accurate Review treatment progress and update goals as needed Active LMFT license in Michigan Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or related field Experience providing therapy to individuals, couples, and families Strong understanding of clinical documentation and treatment planning 2 weeks PTO Health Insurance 401K Plan with 3% Company Match Bring your clinical skills into a role where your work can truly make a difference from day one.
