Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist Job Summary A full-time opportunity is available for a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist to provide telehealth therapy services to clients located in Arkansas. The therapist in this role will work with clients facing relationship strain, family system challenges, parenting concerns, emotional stress, and major life changes. This position involves direct client care through secure video sessions, along with clinical assessments, treatment planning, progress monitoring, and documentation. The ideal candidate is clinically grounded, organized, and comfortable delivering therapy in a remote setting. Location: Arkansas Work Setting: Remote / Telehealth Position Type: Full-Time Salary: $115,000–$120,000 per year with full benefits Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM Responsibilities Provide telehealth therapy to clients across Arkansas Work with individuals, couples, and families within the LMFT scope of practice Complete initial evaluations and identify treatment needs Create individualized treatment plans with measurable goals Help clients address communication issues, relational patterns, family concerns, and emotional challenges Document session notes, treatment updates, and progress in a timely manner Maintain professional standards for confidentiality and client privacy Use secure telehealth and EHR systems for session delivery and documentation Assess client risk and make referrals when additional support is required Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy, Counseling, Psychology, or a related behavioral health field Active Arkansas LMFT license in good standing Clinical experience providing therapy to individuals, couples, or families Experience with telehealth or willingness to work in a virtual care setting Strong assessment, treatment planning, and documentation skills Knowledge of HIPAA requirements and ethical standards for remote therapy 2 weeks PTO Health insurance 401K plan with 3% company match Qualified Arkansas LMFTs who are interested in a stable remote therapy role are encouraged to submit their resume for consideration.
