Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) Job Summary We are hiring a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist to provide virtual mental health care for clients in North Carolina. The work involves meeting with clients by video, helping them understand patterns in their relationships, supporting emotional and behavioral change, and providing practical tools they can use between sessions. This role is a good fit for an LMFT who values steady hours, organized clinical work, and the ability to support clients from a remote setting. Location: North Carolina Work Setting: Remote / Telehealth Position Type: Full-Time Salary: $115,000–$120,000 per year with full benefits Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM Responsibilities Provide scheduled telehealth therapy sessions to clients located in North Carolina Work with individuals, couples, and families on relational and mental health concerns Complete clinical assessments, treatment planning, and progress updates Help clients build communication skills, coping strategies, and healthier relationship patterns Maintain complete, accurate, and compliant clinical records Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy, Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field Active LMFT license in North Carolina in good standing Previous clinical experience providing therapy to individuals, couples, or families 2 weeks PTO Health Insurance 401K Plan with 3% Company Match If you are an LMFT looking for a steady remote role with strong pay, full benefits, and a clear weekday schedule, we would be glad to review your application.
