Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) Job Summary We are seeking a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist for a full-time remote position serving clients in South Dakota. This role is well-suited for an LMFT who wants to provide consistent virtual therapy while working within a predictable weekday schedule. You will support clients with relationship patterns, family conflict, emotional stress, and personal challenges through evidence-informed care and clear clinical planning. Location: South Dakota Work Setting: Remote / Telehealth Position Type: Full-Time Salary: $115,000–$120,000 per year with full benefits Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM Responsibilities Provide scheduled telehealth therapy sessions during weekday business hours Work with clients facing relationship issues, communication breakdowns, family stress, and major life changes Complete intake assessments and ongoing clinical evaluations Build and maintain individualized treatment plans Document sessions, client progress, and treatment updates in a timely manner Follow telehealth, HIPAA, and professional practice standards Communicate clearly with clients about goals, expectations, and next steps in care Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy, Counseling, Psychology, or a related field Active LMFT license in South Dakota Previous clinical experience providing therapy to individuals, couples, and families Comfortable providing care through a remote telehealth platform Strong communication, assessment, and documentation skills Health Insurance 2 weeks PTO 401K Plan with 3% Company Match If you are an LMFT looking for a stable remote role with a clear weekday schedule, we’d be glad to review your application.
