Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC) Location: New Mexico Setting: Remote/Telehealth Position: Full-Time Salary: $115,000–$120,000 per year with full benefits Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM Job Summary We are hiring a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor to provide virtual therapy services for clients in New Mexico. This role centers on helping people manage mental health symptoms, handle life stress, improve relationships, and develop tools for long-term emotional wellness. You will bring your clinical training into each session while keeping care practical, respectful, and goal-focused. The role also includes assessments, treatment planning, progress tracking, and timely documentation. Responsibilities Provide remote counseling services through scheduled telehealth sessions Complete intake assessments and ongoing clinical reviews Build treatment plans that are clear, realistic, and client-focused Help clients develop coping tools and healthier thought and behavior patterns Maintain accurate documentation in line with clinical requirements Protect client privacy and follow all telehealth practice standards Current New Mexico LPCC license Master’s degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related behavioral health field Experience providing therapy in a clinical setting Knowledge of evidence-based counseling methods Ability to manage documentation and appointments responsibly 2 weeks PTO Health Insurance 401K Plan with 3% Company Match Move your counseling career into a stable remote role where you can support clients, keep consistent hours, and grow with a professional team.
