Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) Location: Virginia (Remote) Position: Full-Time Salary: $115,000–$120,000 per year, plus full benefits Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM Job Summary: Join our telehealth team as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist. In this role, you’ll provide remote therapy services to individuals and families in need of professional guidance. Your work will play an essential part in improving mental health and well-being, all while working from the comfort of your own home. Responsibilities: Provide telehealth counseling to individuals, couples, and families Create personalized treatment plans based on client needs Maintain accurate records of client progress and treatment plans Deliver evidence-based practices to address family, relationship, and emotional issues Collaborate with a team of health professionals to enhance client care Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related field Valid LMFT license in Virginia At least 2 years of experience in a clinical setting Strong communication skills and the ability to connect remotely with clients 2 weeks paid time off (PTO) Health insurance 401K plan with 3% company match Ready to bring your expertise to an impactful remote role?
