Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) Location: Maryland Setting: Remote/Telehealth Position: Full-Time Salary: $115,000 to $120,000 a year Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM Job Summary: We are seeking a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) for a full-time telehealth role. This position involves providing therapy, identifying treatment priorities, tracking progress, and supporting clients through personal and relational challenges. The work is centered on delivering quality care through a reliable virtual platform while maintaining clear documentation and sound clinical decision-making. Responsibilities: Facilitate virtual therapy sessions with individuals, couples, and families Gather clinical information and complete intake assessments Develop treatment strategies that reflect client goals and presenting concerns Document each session and maintain up-to-date records Support clients with communication issues, family conflict, stress, and emotional health concerns Active Maryland LMFT license in good standing Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related field Experience providing therapy to individuals, couples, and families Strong clinical assessment and treatment planning skills Comfortable using telehealth platforms and electronic documentation systems Excellent communication and time management skills 2 weeks PTO Health Insurance 401K Plan with 3% Company Match Bring your clinical experience to a role built for meaningful virtual care.
