Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist | Remote Full-Time Position Job Summary We are seeking a Vermont-licensed LMFT for a full-time telehealth position. In this role, you will provide therapy to clients working through relationship issues, family stress, emotional concerns, communication challenges, and personal life changes. Location: Vermont Setting: Remote / Telehealth Position: Full-Time Salary: $115,000–$120,000 per year with full benefits Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM Responsibilities Provide scheduled telehealth therapy sessions Treat individuals, couples, and families using a relational approach Complete assessments, treatment plans, and progress notes Help clients address anxiety, depression, grief, conflict, and family transitions Maintain client privacy through secure technology Monitor risk and provide appropriate support or referrals Stay aligned with LMFT practice and telehealth standards Active Vermont LMFT license in good standing Master’s degree or higher in Marriage and Family Therapy or related field Experience providing therapy to individuals, couples, and/or families Comfortable using telehealth platforms and EHR systems Strong clinical judgment and communication skills 2 weeks PTO Health Insurance 401K Plan with 3% Company Match Full benefits package Take the next step in your LMFT career with a full-time remote role serving clients across Vermont.
