Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) Location: Maryland Setting: Remote/Telehealth Position: Full-Time Salary: $115,000 to $120,000 a year Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM Job Summary: This position is ideal for an LMFT who wants to provide consistent virtual support to clients navigating relationship strain, family concerns, and emotional health challenges. The therapist in this role will handle assessments, treatment planning, therapy sessions, and follow-up care. Day-to-day work centers on helping clients make progress through practical, evidence-based therapy delivered online. Responsibilities: Deliver scheduled telehealth counseling sessions Assess client concerns and establish clinical goals Create and update treatment plans based on client progress Provide therapy for couples, families, and individual adults Keep detailed, accurate, and compliant clinical records Respond appropriately to risk factors and clinical concerns Work within established best practices for remote mental health care Active Maryland LMFT license in good standing Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related field Experience providing therapy to individuals, couples, and families Strong clinical assessment and treatment planning skills Comfortable using telehealth platforms and electronic documentation systems Excellent communication and time management skills 2 weeks PTO Health Insurance 401K Plan with 3% Company Match Bring your clinical experience to a role built for meaningful virtual care.
