Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) Location: Montana Setting: Remote/Telehealth Position: Full-Time Salary: $115,000 to $120,000 a year Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM Job Summary: We are hiring an LMFT for a remote position focused on direct client care. In this role, you will help people work through family tension, relationship struggles, stress, and emotional challenges by providing structured therapy online. The position includes assessment, counseling, treatment planning, and documentation, with an emphasis on consistent follow-through and strong clinical judgment. Responsibilities: Deliver virtual therapy sessions in a professional telehealth setting Assess client concerns and establish clear treatment goals Provide counseling tailored to each client’s situation Work with couples, families, and individual clients as assigned Complete progress notes and all required documentation on time Recognize when referrals or additional resources are needed Support a safe, respectful, and organized therapy experience for clients Active LMFT license in Montana Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or related field Experience providing therapy in a clinical or outpatient setting Ability to work independently and manage a full caseload Strong written documentation and communication skills 2 weeks PTO Health Insurance 401K Plan with 3% Company Match If you are ready for a remote role where your work stays focused and meaningful, we’d love to hear from you.
