Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) Position: Full-Time Location: West Virginia Setting: Remote/Telehealth Salary: $115,000 to $120,000 a year Schedule: Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM Job Summary: We are seeking a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist to provide remote therapy services across West Virginia. This role focuses on helping individuals, couples, and families manage communication issues, emotional challenges, and life transitions. The position includes direct client care, treatment planning, progress monitoring, and maintaining accurate documentation. Responsibilities: Deliver therapy through a secure telehealth platform Work with individuals, couples, and families Assess client needs and create personalized treatment plans Monitor progress and adjust care as needed Maintain organized and compliant client records Provide consistent follow-up and support Adhere to clinical and regulatory standards Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or related field Active LMFT license in West Virginia Experience providing therapy to individuals, couples, and families Strong clinical and documentation skills Ability to work independently in a remote environment Familiarity with telehealth platforms and EHR systems 2 weeks PTO Health Insurance 401K Plan with 3% Company Match Bring your experience into a role where your work supports real progress every day.
