Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) Location: Colorado Setting: Remote / Telehealth Position: Full-Time Salary: $115,000–$120,000 per year with full benefits Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM Job Summary We are seeking a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist to provide remote therapy services for clients throughout Colorado. This role is centered on helping individuals, couples, and families work through communication issues, relationship stress, conflict, parenting concerns, and major life changes. Your day will involve meeting with clients virtually, building treatment plans, documenting care, and helping clients make steady progress in their personal and relational goals. This is a full-time telehealth role with consistent weekday hours and a strong annual salary. Responsibilities Provide remote therapy sessions for individuals, couples, and families Complete intake assessments and identify client concerns Create treatment plans based on each client’s needs and goals Support clients with relationship conflict, family transitions, parenting stress, and communication challenges Maintain accurate and timely clinical notes Review client progress and update treatment plans when needed Active LMFT license in Colorado Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy, Counseling, Psychology, or related field Experience working with couples, families, or individual clients Strong clinical assessment and documentation skills 2 weeks PTO Health Insurance 401K Plan with 3% Company Match If you are ready for a remote LMFT role where your clinical skills can support real families across Colorado, we would be glad to connect with you.
