Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) Job Summary This full-time telehealth role gives Licensed Marriage and Family Therapists the opportunity to provide consistent care to clients without the commute of an in-office position. You will hold virtual sessions with clients, develop treatment goals, support families and couples through difficult seasons, and help individuals better understand the relationship and life stressors affecting their mental health. The work is client-facing, clinically focused, and supported by a clear weekday schedule. Location: North Carolina Work Setting: Remote / Telehealth Position Type: Full-Time Salary: $115,000–$120,000 per year with full benefits Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM Responsibilities Deliver therapy services through a secure online platform Provide care for individuals, couples, and families with a range of clinical needs Complete intake evaluations and identify treatment goals Support clients with communication challenges, relationship stress, family transitions, anxiety, depression, and emotional regulation Keep clinical notes and treatment records current Maintain client confidentiality and professional standards in a remote environment Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy, Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field Active LMFT license in North Carolina in good standing Previous clinical experience providing therapy to individuals, couples, or families 2 weeks PTO Health Insurance 401K Plan with 3% Company Match If you are an LMFT looking for a steady remote role with strong pay, full benefits, and a clear weekday schedule, we would be glad to review your application.
